Our quality-designed Recoiler is designed to recoil and tension after slitting, which is built for many years of trouble-free service at an affordable price. The heavy-duty powered scissor expansion unit has pressed bronze bushings with grease fittings for longer wear life, including 4 segments.

There are preloaded cup and cone bearings at the drive end of the shaft which eliminates end to end movement while the opposite end there is a removable bearing plate that has bullet nose dowel pins for easy alignment when changing Knives. The urethane rubber feed rolls that feed the material through also keep the material against the entry guide. Power options Available.
